the G in the verse should be a C/B which would be this x20010 :> hope this helps

Thank you all for the comments. I re-listened to the song today and did some improvements also based on the comments.

To match the record the capo has to be at the 4th fret indeed and it's true that you don't play the "F" in the verses but two measures of "Am" (the second Am could also be a slight variation)

@Rizico, I'm not so sure about the C/B in the verses. At least I don't hear it that way, sorry.

+3   October 11 2012, 11:44 pm by Sketchin |
Ya..clearly the capo is on 3

Capo 3 to match the video.
+4   November 19 2012, 06:16 am by toriac93 |
Instead of Asus2 in the chorus (I am titaaaaniuuum), it should be G.
Am - G - F
I am tita - ni - um

This has got to be the weirdest song for my head, somehow.

When I wrote my last post I could have sworn the capo had to be on the 4th fret instead of the 3rd but today I looked up the video again and lo and behold it definitely has to be on the 3rd Fret to match the record/video. Therefore, I just corrected it again.

There has to be a conspiracy going on here, I know it.

its you made.... maked isnt even a word.... how old r u? 3?
February 17 2013, 06:18 pm by kmaestro27 |
Some versions found on the net are capo 3 and some are capo 4. The original key is Eb,(a favorite of keyboard players such as Mr. Guetta). The intro is as follows and all chords are relative to capo wherever you want to put it; C / G / Am / Am / C / Em / Am / Am f-e-d note run. Palm mute the intro and get that pinky movin' to emulate the arpeggiated intro.

This says you should play C/B instead of the G. It sounds like it fits...

That's x20010

I found that instead of playing Em in the chorus to play E. I personally think it sounds better, but great job on the tab. I love playing this song acoustically :)

sounds better with the "F"
July 15 2013, 11:53 pm by javepro |
Or try:

Am - Am7/G - F
I am tita - ni - um
+2   July 15 2013, 11:55 pm by javepro |
Or try:

Am - Am(7)/G - F
I am tita - ni - um

It gives you a descending bass.
July 16 2013, 12:03 am by javepro |
I like this way, but to keep it fresh you should only play E when approaching the end of the chorus. :)

Good stuff.
July 16 2013, 07:45 am by leahaafke |
for those who can't play the F chord, you can also play x02010, it doesn't sound exactly the
same but it works perfectly fine for me :)

September 15 2013, 02:57 pm by Shortlegs |
very good, i love this song !
but maybe when you play:
Am - Asus2 - F
I am tita - ni - um
G Em
you shoot me down but I won't fall
Am - Asus2 - F
I am tita - ni - um

Instrumental: F, G, Em, Am (2x)

i was thinking to change the instrumental to:
F, G, Em, Am G

its just that i like to play it this way

Excellent cords...really enjoyable to play. Thanks. :)

I feel like ending on an Am works as good as the F, to give it a little more depth. Great tab!
December 29 2013, 07:21 am by EmmaSvanberg |
I think it sounds better to end on Asus2 than on F, but I don't know how it is in the original song. It sounds more mystical and like.. dark :)

This is amazing!!! :) I am now recording and singing along to it! :D
January 29 2014, 03:09 am by killen33_ |
If you want to play without a capo, you can transpose it to -3. It'll be these chords: A E F#m D and C#m
February 5 2014, 05:13 pm by cibe321 |
2nd verse, 3rd line lyrics are "ghosts to own" not ghost town

I have worked with all the chord progressions shown here and this is the one that works for me. I am sure it stays on that Am in the verse not going to F, just as you show. Good one! Bonus point for Asus ;)
