This is perfect, 5*. I'm pretty sure that the "Dadd9/F" is really a "Dmadd9/F" I'm no chord genius, but I don't think you can have a D major chord with an F in it. The vocals in this song are actually in my range:) Great tab!

I prefer the chord names relating the capo to zero as with this tab - easier than trying to take two frets from the chord name each time. It's Dsus2/F btw. It's not a major or minor chord.
Note: This "Gm11" as you call it is a "Gmsus4".
