Try tuning only the low e string a step and a half down and the rest just one half step down

intro is wrong, its slide to 10, then 12, then 14, and then 15

I believe the intro is correct. It could also be played tuned (as Private Poop indicated) 1/2 step down with the low E string down to C#, by moving the slide down 2 frets (in which case it would be played sliding to 10, 12, 13, and then 15).
