This is actually a dead on tab, it just states the wrong tuning. Any fan of Down knows that they play in standard Sabbath Db tuning. Move the main riff up five frets and down one string, and presto, it's perfect. You can move the 5h7's on the Gb and B strings up five and down one as well, and the same for the power chords in figure 3. Everything else should stay as it is.
