Tab is almost perfect, well i'd say you just copied out the official tab book cos i have it and its exactly the same, tho there is no drop 'd' tuning.
Its standard Tuning EADGBE

There is some stuff missing. And the intro, those weird sounding chords in the beginning, they aren't there, other than that it's good.

It`s copied from the book and it`s impossible to play like this man, it also don`t always sounds good. Some chords are just impossible like I said and Matt does it different.

This is copied from the book, and this is how Matt plays it, its just there is a misprint in the book that says its in standard tuning i think.

It's an awkward chord to play, but it is possible if you rest your little finger across the D and G strings on the 12 fret (though still pretty hard to switch to mid song).

I tend to play it like so:

-9-
-x-
-12-
-10-
-0-

For that terribly hard chord: You could try using your thumb on that bottom note, the 10 on the A string (G), kinda like the RHCP guitarist. I think that technique is called a thumb trigger or something. That chord is just a bitch, though. No other way to describe it. (Besides E7#9 that is...)
