At the part where they repeat "we were the kings of the Kilburn high" after the Em of the first one it sounds like there's some Am Em similar to the intro before you play the C. Not 100% sure but i guess something like
C D Em Am Em
we were the kings of the Kilburn high
C D Em...
we were the kings of the Kilburn high

follower by the intro chords like you have it. Other than that and awkwardness of the interlude these chords are good and I've had fun playing it.
