yes this is a half-step down, but too many dumbasses don't know that Eb is the same as D#, Ab is the same as G#, and so on. He DID tab it in that half-step. Take some ****ing music classes.

Anyways, an A is not x03330, it's x02220. But otherwise, good tab. I make it my own and a little easier by playing it in standard.
