I like this version chord better than the others. Good job, it sounds fine to me. Thx.
+3   June 25 2006, 03:13 pm by gregorisgod |
I like this version better, the chords are clearer than 1 (even though they're the same but with the capo rather than shown as barre chords =P) And it sounds right.

+2   August 15 2007, 09:41 pm by kevinpo |
Bridge 2 lyrics should be:
"that lead you there" instead of "we have to walk"
and
"light the way" instead of "lead us there".
+3   August 22 2007, 06:29 pm by Skag-Trendy07 |
You have used the wrong chords on the bridge. but you can play it like that! The correct chords are the same as the verse..

bridge: cadd9, dsus2, em7

No big deal mouthman!
+13   August 22 2007, 06:32 pm by Skag-Trendy07 |
I don't understand people saying it's shite and that it's not the best wonderwall tab they've seen. when it's the correct way to play it. If you watch the noel gallagher live lounge vid on youtube you'll see he actually shows the guy how to play it... and he uses these chords! so you lot either can't play guitar or you're retarded! maybe both :) great tab!
August 24 2007, 10:45 am by Gwynnell |
Taken straihgt out of the book lol, could do with a chord diagram for the bridge bit cos it doesnt come out how u should play it
+4   September 19 2007, 05:16 am by flyordie |
this is 100% correct, i have seen it in a official chord book - whoever said it is shit is an idiot!
+1   October 5 2007, 03:55 am by gavz_verdikt |
Okay, every one will love this..

Just found a video on how a person plays it.. Don't know where it is in Utube so i give u the official site (This guy sticks d capo on d 2nd fret so tht is how he gets like how Noel plays!)

http://kickstartguitar.com/lesson1.aspx

Pls reply on how u liked d video (NOT MADE BY ME!!)

yeah i think the bridge is a bit messed up

Cadd9 Dsus4 Em7
And all the roads we have to walk are winding

Cadd9 Dsus4 Em7
And all the lights that lead us there are blinding

Cadd9 Dsus4
There are many things that I

G Dsus4/F# Em7 G A7sus4
would like to say to you but I don't know how

if you look at the tab it has the bridge chords right
i think version 5 is right
+2   June 13 2008, 06:35 am by sammysnakejones |
it doesnt sound totally the same. BUT i totally like this version better. works for me!
August 10 2008, 10:08 pm by Tobba |
The bridge that eemz53 posted works alot better! :)
August 26 2008, 12:41 pm by AlexLibertíne |
i think it works both ;) if you play it acustic, than these chords (without the "add" & "sus") are more suitable because of the difference to the verses.

February 24 2009, 02:55 am by (-: UPandUP :-) |
the bridge does go C, D, Em. thats wat it says up there
awesome tab very simply put
February 24 2009, 03:01 am by (-: UPandUP :-) |
oh yeah it can go cadd9 and all that other stuff like wat the rest of the song is like with all those wierd names and shapes but its all good any way to me
im not fussy

THE BRIDGE IS SO WRONG
+2   May 22 2009, 10:07 pm by CinjinCain |
If people knew how worked up a bunch of "dork" musicians get about the tabs on these websites no one would ever come see a concert. God people, the bridge is right - the bridge is wrong ... who CARES? get over it. Seriously - you know how stupid this makes us all look.

how do u play Dsus4/F#?
July 18 2009, 10:29 pm by tenniskid08 |
i play the strumming pattern a half measure of Em7 (D D) then another half G (UD UD)same thing with Dsus4 and A7sus4
-4   July 23 2009, 03:23 am by iceegirl185 |
AWSOME TAB MAN few minor problems
:Capo on third fret
:Bridge is Cadd9 Dsus4 Em7 for the part that goes And all the road we have to walk are winding and all the lights that lead the way are blinding and then when it goes there are many things i would like to you but i dont know how it is Cadd9 Dsus4 G/F# Em7 Dsus4 A7sus4.

But other then that its perfect
August 4 2009, 10:59 pm by zachgibson22 |
iceegirl185. i thinnk your guitar is tuned dwon a half step because the capo IS on the 2nd fret.

i think the birdge can be played either way. in my opinoin it sounds fine both ways.

great tab. this is the first time i have heard the song too and i love it.
September 10 2009, 08:57 pm by RootBeerAddict |
dude, awesome tab. but i think bridge is a little off. It does go C, but then it goes to a C with your wring finger on the fifth fret, your indexc on the third, then Em. That's how I learned it, sounds better to me.
+2   February 23 2010, 10:34 am by vintageman |
i think dsus4/f# is held like

200233

relative to capo
+1   March 30 2010, 11:07 pm by Thyrai |
It's not totally accurate, but I love how this bridge sounds.

It sounds perfect to me ^^ Really great :D
November 19 2010, 04:28 pm by Wasteofpaint911 |
This sounds great with Dsus2 instead of Dsus4 and Cadd9 Dsus4 Em7 as bridge. Great tab!
-4   May 21 2011, 02:50 am by nanabaws |

+2   July 25 2011, 03:12 pm by Jason182 |
wtf guys why are you all saying Dsus2 when Dsus2 is xx0230

Except if you mute the high E string so it looks like xx023x but still doesn't make sense,it should be Dsus4

I realize that I'm transgressing this myself, but do people who post comments on these things realize that they're replying to previous comments from months and years before? The person you're replying to could be dead, or a famous musician, or not play guitar at all, or anything else by now. Why even bother responding?

Em7 = Em
Dsus4 = D
A7sus4 = Am
Dsus = D
Cadd9 = C
and stuff like that. I think it sounds good.

quite ok, but a very important thing here is to keep your pinky and ring finger on the 3rd fret (or 5th if using capo) on both small e and b string!! keep these notes droning all the time and it will sound waaay more like the original track.. these chord voicings are very important for this song
May 25 2014, 10:24 am by George____T |
should be 7th variation of Em7
2nd variation of G
1st variation of Dsus4
and 4th variation of A7sus4

I agree with Bazz. I used Dsus2 and it sounded well.

What is the strumming pattern for the end of verse 1?
August 6 2014, 06:46 am by luuseri.lehma.7 |
One question, why are the chords as if there was no capo at all? If there was a capo on the second fret it wouldn't be Em7 etc, it would obviously be F#m7. Confusing. I don't have a capo but if I decided to get one and play it like they do, I would want to know what the chords are actually called.
