great job. sounds great :]
November 23 2007, 04:17 pm by
Good job, but it's actually an Em7 (022033) Nice job though.
November 24 2007, 12:12 am by
Yeah I realize that... but I just posted the basic chord. I guess I should change it. Although, I think it might be
022030? And then an Asus4 (002230). It's hard to tell, she kind of mutes the chords so you can't really hear the top
November 28 2007, 04:28 pm by
Yeah, true, when I listened to it again, it kind of sounds like an Asus4, although either way works. I just prefer that
over the regular Em. Once again, good job.
November 28 2007, 04:30 pm by
Sorry, don't listen the one above. I'm pretty sure that it is an Em7.
December 1 2007, 04:14 pm by
i think this sounds good. even if the chords arent perfectly accurate, this way sounds fine. good job
February 21 2008, 06:47 pm by

D D DUDU ?
March 9 2008, 06:37 pm by
this is good....props. the strumming pattern is kinda weird but listen to the song and really pay attention to it and you can hear it. once you get the hang of it, it's easy.
April 1 2008, 01:20 pm by
April 6 2008, 05:48 pm by
yeah the strumming pattern is D D DUDU.
Thanks for the chords, easy song to learn. I've seen other versions with harder chords but I prefer using this version and you can't even tell the difference! Thanks

Great job tabbing this out!
The words kinda sound wrong, but I havent heard this song in forever so I can't really say anything.
May 25 2008, 02:12 am by
Im sure were here to strictly play this song in a non-homosexual way right guys... right lol I may change the words around a lil bit. check out this guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsR40YhI9tc&feature=user hes not bad. maybe a lil too into himself though
July 2 2008, 02:43 pm by
The lyric is "Ridin' shotgun, with my HAIR undone." Not half. That would be slutty.
July 8 2008, 01:37 pm by
Yeah, it sounds like an Em7 to me. But I just played along with it and those chords sounded perfect. Good job
August 16 2008, 07:48 pm by
Whats the srumming pattern to this song?!?!:S
September 1 2008, 11:15 pm by
I think the second set of chords you posted a lot better. But for G you put 022033, and I just use 320033 and I think it sounds better.
September 1 2008, 11:23 pm by
D (xx0232), Em7 (022033), G (320033), Asus (x02230) is what I play, with the strumming pattern D D DUDU (d=downstroke, u=upstroke)
December 9 2008, 03:40 pm by

Em should be a bm...hello it's an obvious I vi IV V progression...one of the most common in the world!
October 2 2009, 07:37 pm by
and the chorus sounds like D F#m G A or D D/F# G A

October 2 2009, 07:46 pm by

this is PERFECT!
September 3 2010, 11:32 pm by
i think at the A part of the verse could be strummed: uudd
and the rest would be like the others suggested: dd dudu
July 22 2011, 05:17 pm by
I think it is em7 instead of just em, but other than that, it sounds great. I play it DDD U, but you can just play around with it to see what sounds the best, i guess.
October 13 2011, 09:58 pm by
March 3 2013, 05:59 pm by

April 11 2015, 10:56 pm by

April 15 2015, 12:58 am by
I prefer this for chorus
G A Em
And when I got home ... before I said amen
D/F# G A
