Hey, I uploaded this tab, a couple of corrections - The Dm after the A# should actually be D#m, and Joshurawr is right, the B? is actually a G7 (if you play the low E string) but a Bdim if you don't.
Finally, the outro is the intial chord progression twice followed by C, Bdim, G, F and then ending on a C.
