ok theres a couple things wrong with this...first, your D/E# is actually a D/C#, and there is no such thing as an E#. If you know your notes then F comes after E. The song is also played half a step up from what you have here. another thing, jack rarely uses open chords, so the Em, A and G would be played like this G Em A e--3---7---5-- B--3---8---5-- G--4---9---6-- D--5---9---7-- A--5---7---7-- E--3---x---5--
And lastly, the mutes you here arent actually mutes, that sound is the pick hitting the strings.

Even without the video, you can hear that the chords go progressively lower, so a x79987 won't fit it. Also, your A (577655), won't be able to slide into the starting D, which makes it quite useless. Rarely isn't never.
