pinktux - As long as you end on a C# "minor". then you'll be set. Sure C#/E sounds okay and may be technically correct, but it sounds much nicer if you have the minor note in there, that's 5th fret on the B string.
And try not to play the low E string open on that chord, doesn't sound that good.
