Could you let everyone else know, how exactly you play the chorus
with the G G/F# Em/B stuff?

G G/F# Em G
uh oh oh, uh oh oh, uh oh oh

G G/F# Em G

okay, listen up folks the "G/F#" is a D major with the thumb reached around to hit the F# bass note, easy as pie to play as a chromatic descent from the G ...the D to the C is correct, but the "Em/B" is a standard run down from the C to the Am, bass note on the B note, pinky plays 5th string, 3rd fret, play from the A string down and the entire chord is an Em7 with a B in the bass - B/Em7 would be the correct way to write that, however the whole run is easy peasy and is natural, use your ear and listen to it
