The timing is off on this tab. There should be 3 beats per chord with occasional chords held for six beats. So the locations of the chords above the words is not exactly right.
Since the timing is off there is an extra chord in the second line. After the D7sus go straight to the G and hold it for 6 beats.
Also, the G7 in the last line of the main verse sounds better as a G.
in the 'mine is the sunlight' bit where all the notes have gone up by one (2 semitones) to me it sound better with a D after the first G also I just checked the above bit which starts at C not D and it has a C there so that suggests the later bit would have a D there. perhaps you missed it?
The tune was not written by Cat, it is a traditional Scottish tune called 'Bunessan' called after a place in Scotland. The tune was used for a Christmas Carol 'Child in the Manger'
