capo version? :)
+8   October 17 2010, 11:56 pm by royce_yc |

the capo actually isn't necessary. if you are comfortable with the chords, the capo isn't needed.

for the verse one the lyric. "Why were they open" that chord should be A7.

Does anybody know how to favortie tabs?? or is that even possible?? lol, Great chords...5 stars!!
December 6 2010, 08:35 pm by isabel98 |
the Am on "Why were they open" should be A.
+5   December 10 2010, 04:49 pm by royce_yc |
yup... DebzRulz9 is right... it should be A7... it was an honest mistake.. =)

Should've known you was trouble
From the first kiss,
Had your eyes wide open.
A7 (let it ring)
Why were they open?

you can also use A instead of A7 but A7 sounds better... =)

The verse and refrain should be 7th chords apart from 'What you don't understand is' & chorus should be what they're displayed as :) hardly noticeable but just a teeny bit more accurate. ps nice tab

The pickup before the last chorus should be:

'cause you never, ever, ever did, baby!

(Dm - Dm - Bb - Bb - Am/pause)

But, darling

What's the strumming pattern, if I may ask? :)
January 6 2011, 09:39 pm by LiveAtTheGarden |
Is the strumming pattern DDUDU?

"New bad-song-away! Simply set top 100 filter to tabs instead of chords!" I use it all the time.

I'm surprised by how many songs use this chord progression.

thanks for the tab update. looks solid even though I'm having trouble with Bb to F :p
June 25 2011, 04:04 pm by darkfaith93 |
I believe the actual song is played with capo on 4th fret. Play along to it you'll see it sounds exact. I can also sing better to it when its on 4th fret.
June 25 2011, 04:33 pm by darkfaith93 |
Nvm, the actual song is played with no capo. If you have trouble singing that high, playing it in fourth fret allows you to sing a bit lower

just wanted to round you up to 200 votes. nice 1

p.s ... could do with the addition of the intro and 7th chords in refrain and verse, but, hey ho... anyone wanting a capo version should practise barre chords and stop being a girl.... except those who are girls, in which case you should stop being so girly. If you are a child requesting a capo version, just check out the other 5 star tab and disregard the above aforementioned diatribe about girls etc because you may find it harsh.... and start crying. Good for your hand muscles!

capo 5 sounds better
March 20 2013, 01:29 pm by paucolpitts2 |
Some of these chords can also be played as bar chords on the fifth or sixth fret, which makes some of the changes a bit easier - just play F and C as normal.

Gm chord is too hard :S is there any similiar chord to replace it?
October 21 2013, 02:16 pm by MrShowerhead |
I put the capo of the 4th fret and it works perfect for me!
February 1 2014, 08:59 pm by JonathanChow |
if you want it to sound the same (roughly), just transpose it down (x) half-steps and capo it at whatever (x) fret...
