"The Noose (Acoustic)" by A Perfect Circle
Tabbed by The Reverend Abel

My first tab. There is no "recorded" acoustic version of this song that i
know of, so i kinda sat around and messed with it for a while and came up
with this little thing that works really well with basically the entire
song. you may throw an acoustic bass in (if you want), which would probably
follow the low-D string.

The rhythm is whatever you find comfortable, i suppose (within tempo).
The main chords are as follows:

e|----|----|----|----|
B|----|----|----|----|
G|----|----|----|----|
D|8---|6---|9---|-9--| and at some point, slide that 9 down to 8.
A|6---|4---|9---|11--|
D|6---|4---|9---|11--|

OR, if you want something a bit more dynamic (harder; just face it, that's
what it is), then you can play THESE chords, modified from that above.

e|----|----|----|----|
B|----|----|----|----|
G|----|----|----|----|
D|8---|8---|9---|-9--| same thing; slide the nine on the D to an 8.
A|6---|6---|9---|-9--|
D|6---|4---|9---|11--|

If you so desire, you can have a second guitar for that little high thing
the original song does. if you do that, the second guitar will play:

e|11-------11-------11-------11-------11----------|
B|------------------------------------------------|
G|------------------------------------------------|
D|------------------------------------------------|
A|---11-11----11-11----11-11----11-11----11-11-11-|
D|------------------------------------------------|

e|11-----11-------11--------11------11---------|
B|---------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------|
A|---9-9------9-9------9-9------9-9------9-9-9-|
D|---------------------------------------------|

e|11-----11-------11--------11------11---------|
B|---------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------|
D|---9-9------9-9------9-9------9-9------9-9-9-|
A|---------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------|

e|11-------11-------11-------11-------11----------|
B|------------------------------------------------|
G|------------------------------------------------|
D|---11-11----11-11----8--8-----8--8-----8--8--8--|
A|------------------------------------------------|
D|------------------------------------------------|

There ya go!!! Have fun depressing everyone you play it around! :D
