Key:

h - hammer on
p - pull off
b - microtone bend or 1/4 tone bend.
fb - bend string up
hb - half string bend up
fhb - 3 semi tone bend (3 frets up)
r - release bend
/ - slide up
\ - slide down
v - vibrato (sometimes written as ~)
x - play 'note' with heavy damping
^ - downstroke
+ - Upstroke
