I'm a little unsure about all the chords in this song, as it's
quite difficult to hear clearly.  Any corrections welcomed.  One
thing is for certain- you don't want to be strumming all the
strings all the time.  Most of it's on 2, 3 and 4, but hit the
top string on the upstroke, especially on that C#m in the
verse.
