this is my own interpretation of the song and may not be identical to the way that Tom 
plays it. Whether thats good or bad is up to you but its a great song for showing off with.

Tuning: standard EADGBe

 basically you could get practically the same sound out of any of the  bottom 3 strings, 
only use 1 to get a more defined muted sound. Im not sure bout how many times the 
are hit, i dont want to count them either. just use the bass and drums to work off

 on the album this note is continous and doesnt sound like its being strummed. i dont 
if its an effect or not but one way to simulate this sound is to slap the strings close to 
bridge of the guitar, yes you read right SLAP it. gently though.
