-small amount of quiet delay to compensate for the lack of a second guitarist.

Basically you want to pick all of these notes really fast, even the ones in hammers and 
offs for the most part. it’s so fast you needn’t worry about too much accuracy

OK here’s the really fast bit. Basically, more delay for a faster sound but make sure
set to the right tempo else it all sounds rubbish.
No pull off’s just pure tremolo picking at a fast-ish pace.
