Tuning: DROP B

Now I know you'll probably look at the tuning and say Id rather find a a tab that I can
quicker. TRY THE TUNING. Look it up online and tune your guitar to DROP B its well worth
(trust me this is my first tab outside of standard tuning). Its got such a nice sound
its the only way to play this song. Especially for the F#* chord which is almost
to play in standard tuning which most of the other tabs miss in the chorus. The outro to
chorus is in different octaves but sounds fine. RIP beatz.

These are the chord references for the song.

Verse
  D G
When Winter falls
                      Bm
Next year, I'll be holding on
   A D
To anything nailed down
                  G Bm
As for being patient, with fate and all, it's getting old.
         A
And my mind is slowly changing

Bridge
  Bm
I'm calling all my oldest friends,
         A
Saying "sorry for this mess we're in,"
        G Gm
And I'm waiting, waiting
     Bm
For the Sun to come and melt this snow,
     A G Gm
wash away the pain, and give me back control, control.

Chorus
    D
An angel got his wings,
            G F# Bm
And we'll hold our heads up knowing that he's fine.
                     A* F#* G* Abar D
We'd all be lucky to have a love like that in a lifetime.

Verse
Should we still set his plate?
Should we still save his chair?
Should we still buy him gifts?
And if we don't, did we not care?

Bridge
It makes you think about the life you've led,
Shit you've done, things you've said.
And it's grounding, grounding.
I've been feeling three feet tall this month,
hardly indestructible.
But the snow melts, and the rhythm still goes on.

Chorus
An angel got his wings,
And we'll hold our heads up knowing that he's fine.
We'd all be lucky to have a love like that in a lifetime.
Friends stay side by side,
In life and death you've always stole my heart,
You'll always mean so much to me, it's hard to believe this

These nights in vans,
These nights in bars,
Don't mean a thing with empty hearts, with empty hearts.
