Note: This part starts out with the first ever intentional feedback in any ong.
I am not sure what string is plucked and then allowed to vibrate and eventually
uzz, but the low E string on an electric works fine for me.  Just strike it hard,
maybe with your thumb to build up a vibration.  
Guitar 2 will have an * next to it's assignment.  Guitar 2 should play the chords
in the F# position, just down the fret board.  Also, guitar 2 should hit the low E
string for that chord and then strum up and down the indicated chord.  In the
special verse, guitar one should strum the chord untill the chord changes and
then start strumming the new chord.
