!!!-Hi, this is the tab of "The Wrestler", a song that the Boss wrote for the new Mickey
film with the same name: the actor said that Springsteen based the lyrics on Rourke's
after they had a meeting, but anyway the song's about the character in the movie.
I know the tab's not perfect, since the song is not yet avaible in its studio version
have to wait January). I hope you will enjoy it :) -!!!

Intro: E A E A

Verse 1

A E
Have you ever seen a one trick pony in the field so happy and free?
          A B
If you've ever seen a one trick pony then you've seen me
         A E
Have you ever seen a one-legged dog making its way down the street?
          A B
If you've ever seen a one-legged dog then you've seen me

Chorus

                 A E
Then you've seen me, I come and stand at every door
                 A E
Then you've seen me, I always leave with less than I had before
                 A E
Then you've seen me, bet I can make you smile when the blood, it hits the floor
B A
Tell me, fan, can you ask for anything more?
B A E
Tell me can you ask for anything more?

Verse 2

A E
Have you ever seen a scarecrow filled with nothing but dust and wheat?
A B
If you've ever seen that scarecrow then you've seen me
A E
Have you ever seen a one-armed man punching at nothing but the breeze?
A B
If you've ever seen a one-armed man then you've seen me

Chorus

                 A E
Then you've seen me, I come and stand at every door
                 A E
Then you've seen me, I always leave with less than I had before
                 A E
Then you've seen me, bet I can make you smile when the blood, it hits the
floor
B A
Tell me, friend, can you ask for anything more?
B A E
Tell me can you ask for anything more?

Bridge

A E
These things that have comforted me, I drive away
A E
This place that is my home I cannot pay
A E
My only faith's in the broken bones and bruises I display

          A B
If you've ever seen a one-legged man then you've seen me
