Today (bonus Track) by Chris Cornell. From Carry On (2007).

There's an acoustic which plays these chords throughout the song. There is also an
electric which plays during the chorus. The intro/verse has the electric scratching muted
strings with some kind of effect.(wah/delay maybe?)
The lead parts are (as far as i can see) in B minor pentatonic.
