One of Vai's finest moments, I do prefer him in a band context. This solo is chock full of great licks and ideas.
The major 7 rapid fire arpeggios are very reminiscent of Gary Moore (end of the world, murder in the skies). 
Chordally, nice voicings and lovely use of octaves.  This is how i like my Vai. Any Comments questions etc feel free to email me .
