I figured it out so I figured I might as well just post it.

Well it’s not perfect, I’m quite aware that there are a few wrong bits
but if anyone wants to use it as a start to find the small problems be my
guest!

Rhythmic strumming of the chords for the verses and there’s a wee tiny bit
of palm muting near the end of the song. Just listen to the song and its
really easy to figure out the strumming pattern and order.
