This song is very easy to hear and tab-it-yourself. I can't understand why the other 
are inaccurate. Even the chords are inaccurate, unless the tunings are stepped down. It 
me to find inaccurate tabs.

So heres the correct intro. It's in STANDARD TUNING.
Not sure abt the real tuning for the real song.
But it should be in standard.
