Not entirely sure about the tab for this one. Suggestions/corrections are reall welcome. 
you don't like the Bb chord (I don't) it can be played in G with a capo on the 5th fret.

This is also the basic verse pattern. So, the chords then.

There is a little bass run after each verse, moving from [C]-[G] in something like
then back for the start of the next verse. Some verses open with a little bass run as well,
a-b-c. Finally, a much more important one goes with the last move from [F] to [C]
by humming or singing. It's f-a-bb-c. Rest of the verses (the last has only the first
twice):

You stood in the nude by the mirror and picked out a rose
From the bouquet in our hotel
And lay down beside me again and I watched the rose
On the pillow where it fell
I sank and I slept in a twilight with only one care

The hours for once they passed slowly, unendingly by
