I have absolutely no idea of the time signature for the first part, but if
you listen and look at the tab at the same time, you should pick it up.
However, my mate gave me this handy thing for the first part of the song.

(what I just wrote out is swung I guess... It's really difficult to explain
without being shown physically, but if you understood it, great!)
