verse
              A
Well I don't have as many friends because
     E
I'm not as pretty as I was
       F#m D
I've kicked myself at times because I've lied
           A
So I will have to learn to stand my ground
          E
I'll tell 'em I won't be around
       F#m D
I'll move on over to your town and hide

Chorus 1

                 A
And you be the Captain
               E
And I'll be no-one
               F#m D
And you can carry me away if you want to
              A
And you can lay low
                 E
Just like your father and if
    F#m D
I tread upon your feet you just say so

Chorus 2

                   A
'Cos you're The Captain, I am no-one,
            E D
I tend to feel as though I owe one to you

verse

Well I have handed all my efforts in
I searched here for my second wind
Is there somewhere here to let me in I asked
So I slammed the doors they slammed at me
I found the place I'm meant to be
I figured out my destiny at last

Bridge part

 A Ab F#m E A
Did I forget to thank you for the ride
           F#m E D
I hadn't tried I tend to runaway and hide

I think that you can figure the rest out for yourselves
just by listening to CD, it's really not that hard.
I know it's not perfect. If you think it's wrong well then it
probably is, especially the bridge. Have fun
