I couldn't find any tabs for this song so I made an attempt to do my first tab.
It sounds pretty accurate I think when played along with the song. Some parts sound 
better if you palm mute. The whole song is tabbed out from start to finish so it's
easy to follow.

Lit rocks (check out Atomic, their latest CD), this is a great acoustic song. 
Heard it first at the 97x "Next Big Thing 2001" concert in Clearwater, FL.
