Alrighty, my comments.  Down near the end of the tab there, I realized that
one of the guitars is in Drop D tuning.  Since I mainly focused on Guitar 1
I didn't fix everything for it.  If you were to cover this I'd suggest
drop D'ing the bass and learning the bass part to cover those spots.

I usually play this with chorus all the way through and distortion in the 
parts where it needs it.  Listen to the song (it's free!) and figure out the
timing on your own.  Enjoy!
