also worth noting that there's at least two guitars in the song, so I'll try and give you both

Guitar 1
Tuning: Standard

Then the song kicks in, distortion on etc. The same run up, but more notes hit, slides

quite suss out the details- any suggestions welcomed

However, when the heavy bit kicks in, it's good old power chords:
