The intro is done with an EQ pedal. Its starts with a harmonic but I dont know the note.

play that a couple times then the second part of the intro then the main riff again.

Pre-Chorus:
listen for timing, not sure if you play the A string alone or not where you palm mute 
but I think it sounds better like this.

Play 4 times then
pre-chorus again 4 times then main riff a couple times.

after each time play that riff you play the harmonic and slide to 12 and back down. You
that whole thing 4 times.

Then you play the Chorus 8 times then the Pre-chorus 4 times.
