Play that whole sequence again for the second verse and chorus.
Then after the chorus play this over and over again:

Play this and slam the string every time the guitar comes in real thrashy.

Play the third fret until they break into the verse part again.
Play the first four sequences again and bam...you've mastered Drain You.
