The Outro is the chorus played 2 1/2 times with chorus ender. 
To obtain most of the similar sounds, try using the IBANEZ TONELOK series pedals, they've used all 8 of them in the song. This should be more around 99% close to the actual version of this song. I've been learning it for a few weeks now.
