One of Pavement's finest moments. I've wanted to play this song for a while now.
Here are the chords. They are 100% right in my opinion and sound awesome acoustic. 
tuning.
For the end of the chorus, you can do the la la la la's while playing the F chord and 
the A and D strings on/off. It gives a similar effect.
