The chords are fairly simple.  It's:
G Am C F Em F

That last chord might also be a C.

They just progress until you reach a state of mind alteration,
then you just sing the lyrics over the melody.  

The song starts nice and slow with some finger picking then
moves pretty damn quick, so it takes some practice to get the lyrics
in time with the melody and rhythm. (I haven't even gotten it yet).
I definatly recomend listening to it a few times, besides the fact
that it is an awsome song, but to get the timing and the lyrics correct:
