LAY DOWN
PRIESTESS

p- pull off.
h- hammer on.
x- palm muting (note.) p.m.- palm muting (whole riff.)
b- bend to (17b19 = 17 bent to 19.) r- return.
/- slide up. \- slide down.
v- vibrato.

  Tune ½ step down.
The vertical dashes (“pipes”) represent measures, just like on a staff. When there are
dashes on the end of line, the riff continues on the next line. When there are dashes
the end, the riff if over when the line ends.
When only a single dash is between two notes you should be able to both downstroke and
both notes comfortably. Two dashes represent a pause long enough for your hand to come
a halt. Notes with space between them will require alternate strumming.
