ok people----if you felt the funk blast when hearing this little ditty, learn these tabs its all 100% correct.
the guitar is in Drop A tuning (yes down 6 1/2 steps from E). You gott have a whammy pedal for this.
set those XP100's to patch 14 (up two octaves)
------------ while tremelo picking the B note push the
--12 (trem.) pedal up untill fully compressed at the
------------ riff. im not gonna list the incriments
------------ in which it rises----you dont need to
------------ duplicate the song THAT much.
------------

ok that riff that sounds like a bass
is this (remember---its in drop A)
---------------------------------------- this riff
---------------------------------------- even the 1
---------------------------------------- & 1/2 step
---------------------------------------- bend is
---------------------------------------- simple.
-2--2--0---2---2--0--2(bu-1 1/2 steps---

ok--grab out those wah wah's
ok play this with wah fully compressed and whammy pedal OFF
------------------------
------------------------
------------------------
------------------------
--2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2- (all in even 32 note beat)
------------------------

OK NOW... that heavy korn style riff
-------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------(pretty
------------------------------------------- damn
-0h2-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x(etc.)-0-2p0----------- simple)
-0h2-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x(etc.)-0-2p0--2--2---5-

Ok the solo--now this is the part where there are 100 adaptations--my fave involves a sucession of rapid hammers and pulls (shredding)
so you can improvise or create a simple version for your style (its in the key of G--[2 sharps])
----------------------------- then..------------
-12p0-0h12-12p0-0h12(etc.)--- -12-12-8--12-12-7-
----------------------------- ------------------
----------------------------- ------------------
----------------------------- ------------------
----------------------------- ------------------
OK NOW USE PATCH 13 (8va) TO CONSTANTLY RISE 6 STEPS THEN DESCEND----ALL WITH THOSE BASIC RIFFS.
im not gonaa transcribe the whole damn solo--i think i saw in a mag that the official tab book for TheBattleOfLosAngeles just came out so check it out if you want NOTE FOR NOTE shit. but i would go by this...after its FREE.
OK ---THATS THAT------yes i am a walking dictionary of tabs---expecially for rage so email if ya need something----i love the guitar i...i wont mind
