THE ROLLING STONES
Tabbed by Dave Neill

This was all done by ear and its fairly simplified. i just listened to the song and
tabbed out what i heard. the electric is so subtle during the verse i couldnt tell
if it was playing or not. these are just the basic licks that he plays during the song.
the way its tabbed isnt nessacarily the right strum pattern, but if you listen to thew
song you should get it. Oh and by the way, if this tab gets really screwed up looking,
just copy and paste it into Notepad to get it lookin' normal again.

Intro lick thingy:
E-10-10-10-10/-8--8--8--8--8/7-7-7-----------------
B-12-12-12-12/10-10-10-10-10/8-8-8-----------------
G--------------------------------------------------
D--------------------------------------------------
A--------------------------------------------------
E--------------------------------------------------

During the verse he plays something like this:
E-7-0-5-0-3-0-2---
B-----------------
G-----------------
D-----------------
A-----------------
E-----------------

During the chorus he plays something like this:
E-----7-7-5/3-5-------|-----7-5-3------------
B-3/5-----------------|-3/5------------------
G---------------------|----------------------
D---------------------|----------------------
A---------------------|----------------------
E---------------------|----------------------

Then in verse 2 he plays these four licks:
E-7/5-3-2----|--------10-------------- NOTE: By 12r10 I mean to release the full bend
B------------|-10^(12)---(12)r10-8----
G------------|---------------------9--
D------------|------------------------
A------------|------------------------
E------------|------------------------

E-----------------------|----7----7------------
B-5-8-5-8-5-8--10^(12)--|-----------10p8h10----
G-----------------------|-7/9--7/9-------------
D-----------------------|----------------------
A-----------------------|----------------------
E-----------------------|----------------------

Then repeat the chorus licks ( in case you dont wanna scroll back up here they are):
E-----7-7-5/3-5-------|-----7-5-3------------
B-3/5-----------------|-3/5------------------
G---------------------|----------------------
D---------------------|----------------------
A---------------------|----------------------
E---------------------|----------------------

Then afterwards do this stuff(aka solo. its not exactly right but oh well,
i dont see YOU trying to tab the entire lead guitar part)

E-----------------8~---8----------8---------8--------12--8------------------------
B-5-8-5-8-5-8-5-8--------11^(13)----11^(13)--11^(13)-------11--/8-----------------
G-----------------------------------------------------------------10-8------------
D---------------------------------------------------------------------10-10-8-10--
A---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
E---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's all I fell like tabbing from the solo, so just jam the rest in Cm penatonic.

Now for the next verse: (again, by R i mean RELEASE then bend)
E--------------------------------|----------------------------|--------------------------
B-10^(12)--10^(12)--10^(12)------|-10^(12) 10^(12)R-8---------|-10^(12)-10^(12)-8--(10)--
G--------------------------------|--------------------11------|---------------------9----
D--------------------------------|----------------------------|--------------------------
A--------------------------------|----------------------------|--------------------------
E--------------------------------|----------------------------|--------------------------

E----------------------------
B-10^(12) 10^(12)--8---8-----
G--------------------9-------
D----------------------------
A----------------------------
E----------------------------

Then repeat with that kind of stuff. Basically, if you want to improv a little
for the verses play around with these notes:

E-----------8-10-12------ Just mess around with the previous verse licks.
B---8-10-12--------------
G-9----------------------
D------------------------
A------------------------
E------------------------

For the chorus just play the the little scale above and for the happy sounding part play Cm penatonic.
