Sarah Polley is a Canadian actress.  She sang on the Sweet Hereafter soundtrack,
wrote the lyrics to two of the songs, and also starred in the movie, directed by
Atom Egoyan, which was nominated for two Academy Awards.  She is best known for
her role as Sara Stanley in the canadian series Road to Avonlea.  Sarah Polley is
also a political activist.  She is also a poet. The official website for the
