I looked up tabs for this song a long time ago, and knowing say anything, they never use
tabs like in the tabs i found.
So, I saw Max Bemis playing it live(here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSQcUlOEBC0),
worked out the following tabs, meaning it might not be how it was recorded, but its
how he plays it live. Also, keep in mind that this is one of my first tabs, and my first 
posted for the net.

For the outro, i think he only plays the D string, and then slides, instead of using a
and he plays that last chord, but i like to end on the first chord played in the song(the
places your fingers should end up), i think it sounds better.
