This is one of my favorite songs on The Life Aquatic Studio Sessions. I burned a copy of 
and took it into my guitar lesson and my teacher and I worked it out. This is what we 
up with.

Chords used:
Dadd9 (x5445x)
Eadd9 (x7667x)
Amaj7 (5x775x)
Dmaj7 (x5767x)
Bm7   (7x7777) Note:Use thumb for the low E note, index finger for the rest
E/G#  (4x245x)

I don't know all of these chord names, only the major and minor 7s. You can still play 
though.

Play through all of that twice, and end the song the same way it started.


For the Dadd9 and Eadd9 chord progression, sometimes he hits the Eb note on the A string 
plays a D#add9(same formation) before going back to the Dadd9.
