I did this post because I was unable to find this recent song on any sites. I just sat
listened for a few minutes instead of taking the lazy way out. I wanted
to have it 'cause I probably owe them much more for using all their songs.

The Strumming isn't too bad, but more difficult than others. Down(soft), Down(hard),
a quick down,up,down,up....just listen to the song a few times. I also recommend watching
done live in a radio station studio in Boston on "You Tube". You really get a sense of
going on with the song. Any concerns...name and email is on bottom. It's easy, so
fun!

D A Em
All of my life I have searched for clarity, I have wrestled with two
           A D
paths buried deep inside of me, I lost some rounds
                      A
Been knocked around, felt my share of defeat
       Em A
Yet somehow I've always managed to get back,
      D
On my feet
        D A
The world keeps telling me, to get a grip or I won't last
      Em A
Got to break away from solitude, and let go of my past
    D A
I've never found it easy, to change my stubborn ways
    Em A
Or to gain perspective, throw away those soulless days

               Bm G
We have struggled, We have braved
            A
We're still searching for something more
          Bm G
We have struggled, We still brave
            A D
We're looking for the chance to be free

       D A
Our music is a shelter where we know we're not alone
         Em A
We sing the words of our favorite songs, they bring us home
       D A
We find a little comfort, a little piece of mind
       Em A
Say goodbye to being left out, hello friend, please come on in

              Bm G
We have struggled, We have braved
        A
We're still searching for something more
          Bm G
We have struggled, We still brave
             A D
We're looking for the chance to be free

Bm G D A Bm G
        A
Go slow young man, Go slow young girl
Bm G D A Bm
              A
Grow strong young man, Grow strong young girl

D A
All of my life I have searched for clarity
       Em A
I have wrestled with the demons inside me

          Bm G
We have struggled, We have braved
        A
We're still searching for something more
          Bm G
We have struggled, We still brave
             A D
We're looking for the chance to be free

( Play Bridge Chords )

To break free

Because you got to hold on to your dreams

It's not as easy as it seems

Because you got to fight

Fight to be free

You got to stay free

Stay alive, stay alive, you see

Don't give in

Stay free please
