When doing the 13h15p13 above, hold the 13 with your index finger, hammer onto the 15
middle finger, and then pull the middle finger off while keeping the index finger on the 
return to the 13.

The 15/17-17 is done 10 times but on the 10th time, bend and hold the 17 for a little
(like 1 second) and then slide down the fret board (on the b string) from 17 through the
notes to make a fading sound.

This is my interpretation of the solo and I think it's mostly correct.  This solo, like
lot of sublime's solos are all about flow which is why there's a lot of sliding.  Just
to the song and try and play this tab to it. Have fun.
