This song’s tempo is fast, so the best explaination for the Intro/Verses portion is… 4 
measures of the first main 3 chords, followed by one (fast) measure of the remaining chords.
And as for the chrous with the D/C#... it is like 2 measures of each followed by a short 
mute into the Bm.
