Tabbed by:
Numb82

Tuning:
Drop D

One thing about this song is that tim and james have slightly different parts but not
different, tim just has little octaves and clashes that he plays in the main riff which
struggle to hear, so if you play times part alone it might not sound right but playing
to the song will be correct

Verse/part 1:

James: Rhythm
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|------------------------------------------88888888---2-2-2-----------------|
A|-0--1---5---00~----3h5p3p0---1-0-1--------88888888---2-2-2-----------------|
E|-0--1-------00~----3h5p3p0---1-0-1--------88888888---2-2-2-----------------|

Tim: Lead (Tim picks his notes in the main riff instead of playing the chords because of
extra stuff he does)
Part 1:
e|-----------------4-4-------------------------------------------------------|
B|-----------------3-3-------------------------------------------------------|
G|-----------------2-2---------------------99999999--------------------------|
D|-----------------------------------------xxxxxxxx----2-2-2-----------------|
A|--------5---0~---------------------------77777777----2-2-2-----------------|
E|-0--1-------0~---------3h5p3p0---1-0-1---------------2-2-2-----------------|

Part 2: the only difference between the two parts is the clashing notes after the first
resonation

e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-----------------2-2-------------------------------------------------------|
G|-----------------5-5---------------------99999999--------------------------|
D|-----------------------------------------xxxxxxxx----2-2-2-----------------|
A|--------5---0~---------------------------77777777----2-2-2-----------------|
E|-0--1-------0~---------3h5p3p0---1-0-1---------------2-2-2-----------------|

they both move into the breakdown with
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-2-2-2-------2-------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-2-2-2---------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-2-2-2-----------3---------------------------------------------------------|
   * * *

Breakdown: “Oh, how how the plot thickens
Are we too far gone”

Tim plays his guitar first alone then james joins in:
NB: to get the timing correct know when aaron does the double snare hits

Played by both guitars:

e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-0-1-0--01---5---0-1-0---01-----CARRY ON WITH THE SAME---------|
E|-0-1-0--01-------0-1-0---01------------------------------------------------|

Tim Does some two note picking with large amounts of echo with heavy distortion
While you hear grant do the same riff from the break down with fuzz and james carries on
the riff later.( I think James does the higher notes because the volume between the two
are different but I’m pretty sure that tim does the picking alone but it’s real easy)

“We always seem the worst
I'm afraid no ones listening anymore”

e|--8---------------7--------------6-------------5---------------------------|
B|--10-(16 times)---9-(16 times)---8-(16 times)--7-(16 times)----------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
