I love this awesome song from wheatus...the guitar part is quite simple (I think) but 
last tab on this site didn't quite get it right so here goes:

Standard Tuning EADGBe

No Capo

Intro-
E D E D E D E

Verse-
These are mostly quite quiet so if you want you can play them bassline only...on the low 
string it is this repeated pattern:
---12---7---4---5---

However, if you want to play the chords, they are:

E  B  G#m  A

You can play these open but it sounds cooler (and is easier in terms of movement) if you 
them as barre chords.

E.g.
E:    779997
B:    799677
G#m:  466444
A:    577455

Chorus:
Same repeated pattern as for verse-

E  B  G#m  A


Note that throughout the song there are numerous instrumental breaks which are the same 
the intro i.e. E D E D E D E

End on long E strum
