Speaking of the spank bank...

Angelina Jolie in Rolling Stones' "Anybody Seen My Baby?"

The moment when she removes the wig is bit of a shocker, but awesome nevertheless.

It also looks like there's Owen Wilson hugging the Teletubbies in this one, but nope. Sarah's appearance is legit though.

How could you forget the Ben Stiller cameo in Tribute? Not to mention that Dave Grohl look alike from Nirvana.
dare i throw Kate Moss appearing in White Stripes - Don't know what to do with myself video... and she's pole dancing, which is never a bad thing for a supermodel to do.The White Stripes | I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself (Official Video)
edit: only just realised the title says movie stars, but i stand by my comment Kate Moss isn't the worst person to have poledancing for 3 minutes or so
Alyssa Milano in Josie by blink 182

"Don't Worry, Be Happy" is one hell of a rock song.
Yep, this vesion is more appropriate now.
what about Donal Logue, in Theory of a dead mans Lowlife video. the comedian who played Jimmy the Cab Driver in those classic MTV commercial spots years ago; he was also in a show Grounded for Life. Look him up you will recognize him right away
Um Gary Oldman and Marion Cotillard in The Next Day
I think the word cameo is also take too loosely. Courtney Cox was a nobody during Springsteen video so not a cameo
